Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are exclusively limited, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the integrity of our collection. Please review the guidelines below:

1. Eligibility Window

Return requests must be initiated within 2–3 days of the recorded delivery date. Requests made after this 72-hour window will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

To maintain the exclusivity of our stock, we only accept returns for the following two reasons:

  • Wrong Order Sent: You received an item, size, or color different from what you purchased.

  • Serious Defects: The item has significant manufacturing flaws (e.g., structural damage, heavy staining, or hardware failure).

Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or sizing preferences. Please refer to our size guides carefully before purchasing.

3. Item Condition

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in the exact condition it was received:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: No scents, stains, or signs of wear.

  • Tags Intact: Original hangtags must be attached and untampered with.

  • Original Packaging: Must be returned in its original protective wrapping/box.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item received, including a photo of the tags.

  3. Review: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.

  4. Shipment: If approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
