  • Exclusions: Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

  • Orders placed late on a Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

2. Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Delays & Liability

While we work with reliable partners, Darci Nora is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, or external delivery providers. * This includes delays due to weather, high-volume seasons (like holidays), or customs processing for international orders.

  • Once the package leaves our facility, the timeline is managed by the carrier.

4. Missing or Late Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window provided at the time of purchase, we want to help.

  • Please allow a buffer of 2-3 additional business days for courier fluctuations.
